Eli H. Williamson - Executive Director
Eli Williamson is the Co-Founder and President of Leave No Veteran Behind. Williamson, a native of Chicago, Illinois, received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Linguistics from Luther College in Decorah, IA. It was during his time in college he joined the US Army Reserves and was assigned to the 389th Engineering Battalion.
After completing his degree he joined the active duty Army and attended the Special Warfare Training Center at Ft. Bragg North Carolina for the psychological operations (PSYOP) course. After completing the PSYOP course he was assigned to the 4th Psychological Operations Group (Airborne). Mr. Williamson then deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and subsequently Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Eli also graduated from the Defense Language Institute basic Arabic linguists' course. Williamson also worked as a wild land firefighter in Missoula, MT.
Roy L. Brown - Director of Operations
Maynard C. Anderson - Director (Chairman)
Formerly, he was:
-Acting Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Security Policy;
-Assistant Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for CI and Security;
-Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Defense in development of policy for international security programs, emergency planning and preparedness and crisis management;
-United States Representative to the NATO Security Committee;
-Chairman, National Advisory Group/Security Countermeasures;
-Holder of various senior level positions within the Department of Defense in areas of policy, research, education, and industrial security; and has
-Served on Active Duty with the US Army Counterintelligence Corps.
Mr. Anderson is a frequent lecturer who also writes in areas of management, policy, strategic planning and national security disciplines.
Dr. Guy Nave - Director (Organizational Outreach)
Dr. Guy Nave served in the Judge Advocate Generals (JAG) Corp of the United States Army from 1983 to 1989. As a non-commissioned officer in the oldest law firm in the nation, Nave provided legal assistance to judges, Army lawyers and unit commander in both the United Sates and Europe. After completing his military service, Nave was able to take advantage of the G.I. Bill to pursue his undergraduate and graduate degrees.
Guy Nave holds the bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Oral Roberts University, the master of divinity degree in biblical studies from Princeton Theological Seminary, and both the master of philosophy and doctorate of philosophy degrees in New Testament studies from Yale University. He is currently Associate Professor of Religion at Luther College in Decorah, IA. Prior to his appointment at Luther, Nave taught at Hartford Seminary and Yale Divinity School. Nave is the author of numerous publications and is an active lecturer and guest presenter locally, nationally and abroad. Nave is an ordained Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church and a member of the Society for the Study of Black Religion, the Society of Biblical Literature and the American Academy of Religion.
In addition to his work in the church and the academy, Nave served as the Employment Programs Director with the Greater Dwight Development Corporation in New Haven, CT. As the Employment Programs Director, Nave was responsible for the design, implementation and management of innovative job creation and job development programs for inner-city residents of New Haven, CT.
Dr. William Bader - Director (Financial Development)
Dr. William Bader, is Visiting Professor, Graduate Institute of International Studies, Geneva, Switzerland. Formerly, he served as:

Author and Co-author of numerous publications in fields of national security, foreign affairs, and international development policy.
Dr. H. Kenneth Walker - Director (Development)
Dr. H. Kenneth Walker, MD is Professor of Medicine and Associate Professor of Neurology at Emory University and Deputy Chief of Medicine at Grady Memorial Hospital. For more than a decade, he has served as co-director of the Atlanta-Tbilisi Healthcare Partnership, a collaborative effort between institutions in the newly independent nation of Georgia and their Atlanta counterparts, which include the Emory University Schools of Medicine and Public Health, Georgia State University, Morehouse School of Medicine, Grady Memorial Hospital, and the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Established in 1992, the Partnership contributes medical expertise, manpower, and supplies to Georgia, whose healthcare and medical education systems have been devastated by civil war and economic crisis since the dissolution of the Soviet Union. Under Dr. Walker's leadership, over twenty teams of Emory faculty and staff have traveled to Georgia to assess and address health inequities, and dozens of Georgian medical students have come to train at Emory's School of Medicine. Among the Partnership's many accomplishments are the establishment of a National Information Learning System, which provides Georgian healthcare professionals internet access to medical books and journals, the opening of an Emergency Medical Services Training Center, and the development of a core nursing curriculum.
