Maynard C. Anderson, Member, Board of Directors Emeritus, , The Arcadia Institute, Inc. was the former President and CEO of Arcadia Group Worldwide, Inc., a firm engaged in national and international security matters. He is a former member of the National Industrial Security Program Policy Advisory Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Intellectual Property Law Institute, and is a member of the board of directors of two other non-profit organizations as well as three commercial corporations. He serves as a delegate to the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, Committee on Sustainable Development.

Formerly, he was:

• Acting Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Security Policy;

• Assistant Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for CI and Security;

• Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Defense in development of policy for international security programs, emergency planning and preparedness and crisis management;

• United States Representative to the NATO Security Committee;

• Chairman, National Advisory Group/Security Countermeasures;

• Holder of various senior level positions within the Department of Defense in areas of policy, research, education, and industrial security; and has

• Served on Active Duty with the US Army Counterintelligence Corps.

Mr. Anderson was a frequent lecturer who also writes in areas of management, policy, strategic planning and national security disciplines.
