November weather couldn’t dampen the festive spirit as guests mingled at Benny’s Chop House during Leave No Veteran Behind’s 2015 Scotch Tasting.
Mouthwatering Hors d’oeuvres paired with Bruichladdich Scotch made for a great time. The raffles proved to be one of the highlights of the evening, which included a weekend’s stay at The Hard Rock Hotel. That night we also announced our Give 10 Campaign encouraging contributors to join Team LNVB and assist us in ensuring the success of Veterans as assets within our communities. Thanks to all of those who attended!
The 2015 Leave No Veteran Behind Investment Forum was one to remember. A packed house, great music and a festive time made this event a huge success! Held at the Hard Rock Hotel, the highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Community Builder Award to William Lowry Jr., for his exceptional generosity and service to Chicago’s Veteran community.
We are grateful for the community’s support in our efforts to make positive impact within the Veteran community. Be on the lookout for information on upcoming events.

The discussion was moderated by Eli Williamson, President/Co-Founder of LNVB, Director of the McCormick Foundation’s Veterans Program, and Army Veteran. The panelists included:
